Unlike other shipping stores, the UPS Store does not mark up UPS shipping prices. You pay exactly the same here as you would at the UPS hub or on-line. Other shipping stores charge more, sometimes much more, than the hub. You will always pay less at The UPS Store.

Our last UPS pickup is at 6PM Monday thru Friday. Saturday's pickup is at 2:00PM for air packages only. UPS Ground packages shipped Saturday are not picked up until Monday

The UPS Store, Northeast Philadelphia, offers a variety of domestic and international shipping options from which you can choose. Of course, UPS is our preferred shipper, but we also offer a variety of US Postal Service options for domestic and international shipping, as well as DHL for international envelopes and packages.

All UPS packages are insured for $100 (you can buy more coverage) and have a tracking number.

Domestic Shipping Options:

UPS
UPS Next Day Air: Offers guaranteed next business day delivery for any package, even large ones. Early AM service can get your package delivered by 8AM to many destinations. The more common NDA service is usually guaranteed by 10:30AM (to most zip codes), and Next Day Air Saver can guarantee delivery by 3PM for a little less.

UPS 2nd Day Air: Offers guaranteed delivery in 2 business days. 2nd Day Early AM can guarantee a morning delivery to most zip codes.

UPS 3 Day Select: Offers guaranted delivery in 3 business days

UPS Ground: The least expensive alternative for shipping, UPS Ground will deliver your packages in 5 days or less to anywhere in the US.

US Postal Service:
Priority mail: Can deliver your package in 2-5 days, though this is not guaranteed or insured, and there is no tracking number. It costs a little more than UPS Ground, but can often get your package to the west coast faster. The Postal Service is the only carrier which can deliver to a Post Office box or a military APO/FPO, so this is your best choice if you don't have a street address.

First Class and Parcel Post: Low cost options with no guarantee, no insurance, and no tracking number. Delivery can be quite unpredictable and take a long time, but these are cheap, basic, and somewhat reliable services.

Express Mail: The Postal Service's fastest and costliest option with 1-3 day service to all of the US. Includes a tracking number. A good service, but UPS can usually get it there just as quick (or quicker) for less. Use this option when you only have a PO box rather than a street address and need fast, tracked delivery.

International Shipping Options:

The UPS Store, Northeast Philadelphia, can ship your package almost anywhere in the world. And we will help you with customs documentation to help minimize delays in customs clearance.

Please remember, anything sent to another country can be subject to import fees and taxes. These taxes and fees are imposed by the government of the destination country. We have no control whatsoever over the imposition or collection of these fees, nor can we predict whether they will be payable or in what amount.

UPS: Offers several levels of service to most countries, with tracking, insurance, and 2-4 day delivery.

US Postal Service: Offers Priority International, which is not insured or guaranteed and has no tracking, but can be much less expensive than UPS. Priority sometimes arrives in less than one week, but usually takes 10 days or more. We also offer Express International, which does have tracking and often arrives in a few days. Very small packages (under 4 pounds) can be sent First Class International, which is not tracked or insured and can take several weeks, but is the lowest cost option.

DHL: DHL is relatively unknown in the US but is the world's largest shipper. Their services to many parts of the world, especially Africa, Europe, and the Caribbean, are unmatched. Prices tend to be the same as UPS.
